Ubisoft have announced 2 weeks before the official release of Far Cry that the game will not appear now until Feb or March of next year. This is down to “expansive plans to its unique multiplayer modes and lightning-fast online play.”

As disappointing as that may be the interesting bit was that they have also announced 2 new recruits. Chris Auty who worked on design teams for some huge online games such as Day of Defeat, Counter-Strike and Condition Zero and Richard Tsao who lead the teams on Asheron’s Call 2, Dungeon Siege and MechWarrior 4.

I've just had a glance through the pre order charts and tbh there's very little that looks appealing and even less which will support multiplay :/

.....Unless half life 2 suddenly reappears but not seen any new date for this yet?
