Still reading the DoW forum. This is interesting. Relic claim that there would be no expansion, but THQ said there "might be". Here (http://relicuniverse.com/news/2004/09/17/000133.php) confirms THQ's side and has also been updated with a link to the THQ DoW site, of which has a poll on which race you wish to have added to an expansion pack or free download \o/

Yeah they'd be cool to, Sanguinius breakin the bloodthirster in half then gettin owned by horus, maybe the a add on with the emporer and horus in their war days (horus quite clearly owned the emporer but no.... forces of good must win so he dies lol)


Tbh i am hopin they allow people to modify DOW themselves cuz i'd hope to see all the wh chars in n lots of skirmish modes to recreate the battles n stuff... like Abaddon mashin them massive gates with Drach'yen, kharne goin psycho on his peeps.

And at the least Chaos Terminators to :E

i dunno with this they have a lot of potential if they choose to allow it heh

The Tau are shit, weve already got Eldar (I know Dark Eldar are a completely different force, but it would be just like having Chaos Eldar. Bored with Chaos now :P ) and Necrons would be good but they have a limited range of troops.

And yes we do have enough games with "Aliens with Hive Mentality" but Tyranids rock!

Chatting to my mate who does game design and stuff with GW and he had this to say on Necrons:

"As for possible expansions well who knows but the Necrons would be a nice challenging opponent due to the fact the buggers never stay dead for long. They are...almost...dare I say it...un-dead? (raises little finger doctor evil style)"

Now thats an interesting thought - imagine the harassment you could supply with a squad that comes back 5 minutes after they've died :o

i dont know if this has been said but the necors are loosly based on "Spawn" not a new race but nither is spawn lol, just thought i would say and tbh the necrons own so VOTE FOR THE NECRONS FOR THE NEXT US PRESIDENT! eh hem i mean EXPANTION SQUAD!
