Taken from the EU Beta forums themselves:
"The Blizzard Europe team is working day and night to bring World of Warcraft to you as quickly as possible. Very soon we’ll start testing the localized versions, and as soon as we're sure this works correctly we’ll move on to the European Final Beta Test.
There will be no additional batch of beta testers added with the start of the localization testing. The next batch of beta testers will include those who bought the pre-order box through the official Blizzard European Pre-Order campaign. This batch will be added at the start of the European Final Beta Test.
More information will be available soon."
This was posted by Thundgot, the community manager. Looks like its indeed extremely close as the next wave of testers is us, the pre-orderers. :)

will it be in time for xmas even if dispatched on the 16th...doubtfull....
The pre-order key is seperate from the game so you should get it in time for Beta.
I'm sure ppl think cause its crimbo the post office stops working :P.
If its dispatched on the 16th of this month it will arive in time for crimbo (just possibly taking 1/2 days longer than it usually would).
Plus there is always the chance Final Beta wont start till after crimbo (which it better bloody not :().
I just want to play the game and play it now.

It's only a beta after all, I'm only going to be trying out my char ideas and messing about having a laugh! Don't see what the worry is all about my self tbh.

u just have to wait, servers been really lagging last few days to, keep dropping off which is fking annoying but other than that having a good time, got a lvl 22 human warlock :)

I reached a lvl 22 undead warlock in US Open Beta. 'Hopefully' it wont be too much longer for Final Beta think I may try a rogue once we get it :).
Aye I'm trying rogue myself, then use that for my final decision between Rogue and Warrior for retail. (Even though Warrior is currently mangled after a nerf-batting I hope it'll be evened out for Euro release)

So the whiners say anyway. Its not meant to be as bad as people are making out as long as youve got a group that knows how to use agro control. Although there HP does seem a bit screwed going by whats on the American forums (although we all know how much Americans are known for reliable sources of information ;)).

On topic: I'm looking at a rogue and a shaman (yes I came round to the idea of being in horde). But the leveling seems so fast I might make both and be done with it.

if u go warlock you dont have to pay for a mount, you can summon 1, think you might have todo a quest to get it though

The Final Beta Test, which is currently scheduled for the end of December / beginning of January, will begin simultaneously in English, French and German. The start of the Final Beta Test will be the next time new testers will be welcomed to join the game.

You won't if that honor patch is implemented!
At the same time the localized versions are available, the European Closed Beta testers will be treated to an exclusive of the much awaited upcoming World of Warcraft patch, before it reaches the US and Korean servers.
Griefing is bad. Unless you're a complete immature prick, then it's ok. :D

i know what they do on last day, the chuck infernos down that r like lvl99 so they cant be killed n stuff,
lakeshire has been attack the last 3 nights or something by the horde dunno why the pick it, they always get their asses kicked to

If you haven't see it find the "stitches" vid, on the main WoW boards.
Two peeps brought stiches all the way from darkshire in to a newbie town where it slaughered everyone then brought it in to the inn!
Guess he wanted company being so cold and lonely out there. :P

yeah i was reading that this morning funny as hell, stiches pwned all the low lvl guys, the amount of dead bodes laying about the place. Been in a few stiches fight in darkshire, when i been questing there, also had my ass kicked by him a few times to. 2 hits from him and im like dead.

whats the level different for seeing ppls level, like i cant see what lvl high lvl horde players r but i can see their level if they r around the same sort of level as me
I *think* its 10 levels, so anything 10 levels above you appears as ???.
