i heard there is a underground army base with lots of new military vechiles includeing a chinook that picks up cars and a apache by the farm on the second isle .has anyone found it?

Yes you have to do a mission there to get the jet pack, you work your way down killing soldiers and disable the security system wehen you get the jet pack you simply fly out a big hole in the roof but make sure you disabled the security or SAM sites wil do you in.
