Anyone know of any exercises specifically for:
Inner thighs
Various stomach muscles (other than bloody crunches/ sit ups)
Lower Back
They need to be low impact and able to be done at home :x thx. To build muscle and reduce remaining fat in those areas. Cept back just need ones for muscles for them
Only parts of my body now that need any work really. Finally found something that is great for my arms and chest and within a week can actually see muscles lol :P Last year I had 42" jeans and they used to be tight :o now i wear 36"

stomach muscles - you can't beat sit ups. There's various forms of sit ups you can do, and nothing has the same effect on stomach muscles as they do. If ye don't like them, tough - they're the best way to squeeze the waist line down. I used to be a 36. Now a loose 30.

Only low impact one I can think of for inner thigh is to lie on your side, move the top leg forward so you rest the foot on the ground, and then lift the lower leg up and down through the whole range of movement (not much!)
Sounds easy, starts off that way, but after a while burns like a burny thing :)
Might be worth a try at least.
Avoid too many situps they work muscles in your hips just as much as muscles in your stomach , too many and you can develop back problems. If youve got dumbells try crunches with them held to your chest , pause at the top of the crunch and contract your stomach muscles as tight as you can for 2-3 seconds. Theyre still stomach crunches but your aim isnt to do many of them so you might not find them so boring.
You wont reduce fat in just the areas your working on , youll reduce it all over .

Yup, reducing fat in specific areas isn't possible. All that happens is the muscles underneath become more defined / toned so it looks like you have.

Yeah situps tend to make my back hurt a bit, crunches don't and they seem to work the stomach muscles much better.
