use netlimiter to cap teh uplaod just 5kb/xec below your max upload. The blizzard downloader uses a very tight ratio hardcoded, if you tune the upload way down, it limits your upload.

Is there a way to get it to come through Azureus or another bit torrent?

u have to find the extracted torrent file somewhere or do it urself dont ask how try google

If you haven't allready got the client you seriously are going to suffer.

edit: When the servers go up, I'll check if the PvP server we CBers have is open to the public if it is I'll tell you lot the number so I can gank the allience :P
