You can't get the camo wallet fingerz needs it! £65 for a wallet and £57 for a t-shirt you must be mad!

most i've ever paid for a tshirt is £70.

cool wallet, but 65 quid it can fuck right off :). I like teh tee you got though.

Was relieved to see what this forum contained - 'fingerz footsteps' had me going 'oh no, not more bloody trainers' :P

What's the attraction of a unique t-shirt that can't be bought in the uk?

BAPE bags alright, but too small for my liking though, looks like you're a girl carrying round a handbag.

Dont agree with that t-shirt either, just looks plain and not worth the money.

got a similar size/style addict camo bag - wear it slung over my back to avoid the handbag look :)

It's true though... who honestly cares of it's unique. Who's going to know? I can go and buy a t-shirt with some fancy logo on it for a fiver and no one would be any the wiser.

No offense :)

Oh yeah... So it begins... Let's all pretend we knew about Digital Gravel before I mentioned it.

Every time anyone on this forum mentions Digital Gravel I want rep.

eh I won't be wearing it like a handbag... it'll be going over my shoulder and across my body :) its more of a carry pouch... you can lengthen the strap greatly. I have a stussy one at the mo, but I'm giving that to my mum so she can take it to malaysia with her.

as for wearing stuff which is unique, well the fact is, people who I work with, socialise with etc will recognise it, and will how to put it... 'big me up' and may even worship the ground I walk on... oh and all the Japanese students in Norwich will think I'm some sort of demi-god. Hopefully it'll attact the lovely female of the species too.

Obviously, standing next to fingerz in his bape jacket... I'll be totally invisible :(

The tee itself is a limited edition collaboration between stash and bape... so give it a year or so, and I could probably sell it on ebay for double the price.

As an example, those DPM X Nike Terminators which fingerz has just recently bought, and what I stupidly missed out on, which you can't get any more, is now selling for double the price on ebay... and thats just a month after they were released ...

An the adidas superstar 35's are going for up to 4 times the price and this is only a few weeks after they retailed.

is a bape small actually small? i'm wearing my mhi medium, which most certainly isnt medium...

blurr
13-Jan-2005, 11:50
yes, mhi comes up big, as mentioned in another post, I'm normally a small, mhi small is a tad too baggy for me, whille nike small is too small so I have to go for a medium...

I'd say yes they are pretty true to size :) what I did was emailed the guy and asked him for chest and length measurements! then measured it up with one of the tees I own to see if it was right...

it is a perfect fit, so I am worried about washing it :S perhaps handwashing is in order!

Heartwork

handwashing is such a hassle. i've got 2 tshirts that aren't machine washable, and ugh, god, it's just irritating. i usually cant be arsed, i've found myself not wearing them much due to it. Which sucks, cause one of them is really rather cool.

This is my approach. in the morning i take a pile of clothes and throw them at the wall. anything that doesn't stick ... that's what i'm wearing.

fingerz will the city series by the same price as the ones you got?

None of the seires will be as expensive as the consortiums, they were all very limited, the others will be easier to get. Although, if you want them badly, I'd still try to get them on the day of release if I were you. Don't bother queueing but get down there at some point on day one (day one will differ from shop to shop, ask them when they'll get them in).

I think the city series and the creativity series will be anywhere from £70 - £90 each, but don't quite me. Certainly under £100 anyway.

The music series ought to be the same (£70 - £90) but I've not heard that confirmed and, from what I've read on forums, it's gonna be the second most popular series after the consortiums. Especially the Ian Brown ones. Everyone seems to want them (me included, even though I don't like the man himself).

our cambridge store are getting in Ian Brown's as well as Red Hot Chilli Peppers, which is apparently meant to be 'very interesting'

my assistant manager has got dibs on a pair of Ian Brown's, the gits gonna get it at cost price as well :| I may put my name down for a pair :)

CBA to duplicate pics on this forum.

Go to http://www.crookedtongues.com and register (sorry, not my fault, you have to register to view).

Go to the forum, Adidas forum and there's an Ian brown superstar thread with pics.

I personally wouldn't wear them, but if they quadrupled in price after a month of being released, then its a bargin. Sell it on ebay, quick and easy money earner.

I prefer the Adidas super skate personally...
