Yep, for the 9th year in a row, auditors have failed to pass euro accounts. They slipped this little baby into the news during the visit by Bush. Passed us all by it seems.

This just re-enforces by belief that its all a waste of money, full of coruption and fraud, hundreds of euro mps living in luxury, non-elected unaccountable burocrats that live like kings.
