Damn right it's not. It's legal to look at pornography in the workplace. Entirely. You cannot be disciplined. Best any HR dept could do is inappropriate use of time if you were checking out wabs outside of designated breaks. This renders wabs utterly null in the whole NSFW scheme of things.
