when I play CS I only play on 1 server really nowadays
tbh I much prefer CSS to 1.6 now. can't go back
having said that CSS , winds me the fook up a lot!

Played it a bit today.

Feels quite nice, runs well, aiming is quite hard but this may be now i use my couch as a mousemat....

I think it's the move and spray COD mentality that makes it harder to adjust to the CS click click click. I haven't got the hang of spraying on CSGO yet, but I've only racked up a few hours so far.

That and the leather couch sticking awfully to my mouse feet! I forgot how much i prefer the shooting in CS to any other fps ive played though, the precision really is unmatched

CS is the benchmark for FPS tbh and has been for some time!

hmm I am very tempted to buy this just for old times sake but i'll end up breaking my keyboard or something like the old days

I've been playing Quake 1 quite a bit recently and it's made me realise how bad the current crop of FPS are, but i'm not sure if a new CS will really help with that!

Spotted that TotalBiscuit had put a video up of CS:Go so I had a shufty. Turned the sound off obviously because its TB liking the sound of his own voice again, but did notice that there were 2 players in this game called "Goose." and "Spookeh". Coincidence or does Spookie get plaudits for shooting TB in the face?

Hmmmm , just got my new pc but like you smashing things seems likely. I dont know if i could tolerate the waiting the whole round after death anymore , but maybe that was a good thing - the value of staying alive.

It's very very fast, a lot faster than CSS and 1.6...

I like the sounds, I dislike the buy menu, I dislike what they have done to the AK, it still feels like a lot of work still needs to be done to make it a finished product.

My PC struggles to run it as well, that is with 6GB of RAM, Core2 Duo 3.2GHz and GTX550 Ti.

The radial buy menu is a bit jarring when you're pressing numbers, but I guess I'll learn to ignore it. If the AK being a bit off is the worst criticism then I doubt they're that far off.

I like the game though, although it took me half an hour of dust to kill someone this morning...
