Im not sure how it works but when I went in the server browser I looked for mvm maps with less than 6 players and found a couple of games easily.

Anyone up for a game later? As its only 6 players I guess one of use could use our own machine as the server. Anyway if anyone does want a game add me on steram im in the trickery group under the same name.

MvM is a fun little mode. Don't use the ingame matching service and definitely don't pay to play it. Just bring up the server browser and enter mvm as the map name. Any map where people have < 50 kills or so is in the first round and worth joining.

Let me get this straight. You only have to pay for the ticket thingy if you are wanting the random loot drop at the end? That's the only difference, right?

You get drops anyway - just not guaranteed.

Been playing on and off with a few mates and always seem to get to the last round, fail once and all the randoms leave. Defo requires a competent group of organised players to get through smoothly.

From what you said above though, I'm not buying another ticket if it's only purpose is a loot drop. I don't care for that at all really, well not enough to pay for it anyway!
