I dont bother m8, just move away from any nobbers now. Had my fill of fist-i-cuffs in my 20's, never again.

Its very rare that I go out now anyway, rather goto the gym tbh

develop a nervous twitch and an evil grin. if you struggle with the twitch i recommend a grain of sand inserted carefully under an eyelid.

Most of them fit me ok. Im not freakishly big only 6ft 5. Just most arnt heavy enough now.

Free weights are always better than Machine anyway

I joined a gym a while back and was focusing on cardio more than anything to lose the weight. My problem being that all the bars and height adjustments are too small. Also the leg press was a joke. Just wasn't long enough.

Can't do anything right now due to my wrist being fubar'd
