If they were that worried about getting scratches they would have covered up with leathers, a lot more action in this opener than most of last season but the zombie lore seems inconsistent and plotting around it a bit loose.

What a fucking episode! Came completely out of the blue that one because nothing like that happened in the comics. Fucking loved it though. Carnage from start to finish and an unexpected end for 2 (possibly 3?) major characters

To clarify that though, you need to subscribe to a usenet service. Like the one in my sig.

Once you get usenet though, combine sabnzbd with sickbeard and your TV shows will be downloaded and ready to go when you wake up in the morning. You dont even have to remember when any of your programs are on.

Its kinda petered out. I was looking forward to this series so much because the prison has easily been my favourite part of the comics so far, but the series just hasnt lived up to it. It all started very strongly but since then theres been a lot of fannying about. Really hoping the season finale makes up for it.

Certainly too many filler episodes that were much of nothingness, little plot or character development. It just feels like the writers, to appease the studio (?) had to stretch the story out over 16 episodes. I know Americans love to stretch TV shows out, but I'm thinking perhaps The Walking Dead could benefit from being cut down to 14 or even 12 episodes instead of 16? Season 1 was good as it was condensed into 6 episodes, but the pacing was just right and there was decent development going on. I personally feel they haven't managed that since.

Yeah, for the second season they were ordered to make double the episodes with half the money of the first season. Which is why it's all now based in places where nobody actually lives, instead of Atlanta where the first season was, which made it much better cos it was actually somewhere people live.

Also, they got rid of the guy who actually brought it to the screen in the first place, kind of a slap in the face but TV execs only care about money and viewing figures so that's why.
