There's a petition to ban, the lop-sided faced bloated piece of shit, Nick Griffin from twitter after he tweeted the address of the gay couple who won a court case against a woman who wouldn't rent them a room because of their sexual orientation.

As you can see his posts also delivered a very thinly veiled threat "A British Justice team will come up to **** to give you a bit of drama..".

The mentioned "British Justice Team" obviously meaning a bunch of skinheaded, racist, homophobic "patriots" who will attempt to "educate" them.

I especially love the "bullies are always cowards", well he should know.

Anyway..

Posting anyone's address on twitter is against their rules..

Twitter's Rules of Service:

Privacy: You may not publish or post other people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, street address or Social Security/National Identity numbers, without their express authorization and permission.
Violence and Threats: You may not publish or post direct, specific threats of violence against others.

As well as the fact he obviously did it so some of his troglodyte brethren could stand (a feat in itself) outside their house and abuse them.

Do me a favour and "sign" the petition so we can shut this boring, racist, lump of human waste up.

Not even 14 yr old girls who have been shot in the face are safe from his nationalist agenda because, obviously, if a 14 yr old girl, who is brave enough to stand up against other morons who we are also "at war" with, with the evil agenda of trying to make sure women are entitled to the same education as their countrymen then we should just have let her die.

Well thats as maybe, but if he really has broken the ToS, then twitter will take action. It doesnt need a petition. I also agree that attempting to send some homophobic vigilantes round is out of order, but thats just one of the things the police are for. (Protection I mean, not being part of the homophobic mob. Its sad that I have to clarify this, but thats what the trust in the UK police is like atm.)

Then you dont believe in freedom of speech. The key word is "freedom". Freedom of speech should also be a responsibility as well as right. Getting the line between the two in law is the tricky part.

He should not have the right to spout homophobic or racist abuse simply because he has an issue with a person being homosexual , or god forbid someone simply having a different skin colour. Or more likely in his case, because it furthers his position with his Neanderthal supporters.

And under UK law, he doesnt. This is why he is being investigated by the police. The problem is that I disagree with UK law on this. That can be taken one of a number of ways.

The principal behind free speech is fairly straightforward, you can be offensive (though of late this seems to have limits in the case of the case of T-Shirts that upset the police and a Facebook status that offended the families of missing children) what you can't do is incite criminal behavior.

In the case of NG calling on people to 'protest', I think that law includes (something on the lines of) 'causing distress' which I think was what was used in the cases of the muppet in the T-Shirt and the idiot with internet access. Still has the same problem with interpretation as far as the law goes I guess.
