A look at the physical sport of free running, a method of crossing a town or city by leaping between buildings and rooftops. Sebastien Foucan, the sport's co-founder, and friends tackle some of Britain's iconic sites, including the Forth Rail Bridge, the Giant's Causeway, Derry's walls, Cardiff's Millennium Stadium and Newcastle's Tyne Bridge.

I'm watching it and absolutely loving it, they're pulling off some really cool things and getting some funny looks from passers by.

That and the soundtrack is really rather win.

I'd love to go to the SECC in Glasgow though and say 'excuse me, can i walk along your roof then jump off it?'

I failed to successfully negotiate a low kerb on xmas eve, I suspect this is not the sport for me.

Whilst I enjoyed the buildup to the actual feats of wonder with the training and such, lets face it..it's the jumping thats what truly amazes us, 15 minutes out of an hour show actually on the street of GB showing it us was a bit cheap imo:/

I'm sure they would have had plenty more footage available....maybe they didn't like most of it and thats why we got so little..?

it seemed like that a lot of them, apart from seb and that other guy ?! was he from paris too? the one with the pony tale, weren't experienced enough, and didn't do as much risky jumps... instead doing basic simple ones

They were on Richard and Judy the other day - they seemed to hint that there were safety precautions that were made... don't know if they mean wires or nets or something ?

Watched around 20-30 mins towards the end and I have to admit it was amazing,. I loved the bit where they were jumping down the stairs in the building, sliding down the rails and stuff.

I hope they do another one, Jump Europe or something.

Straight after it, I put the wheely bin out, it needed pushing down due to the chrimbo mass of rubbish and was thinking jump on it jump on it - before i did the realisation that I would prob end up lying in the street with 2 weeks worth of crap around me and all the neighbours laughing had me sheepishly scutling back inside....
