Grans Birthday !

Yep...I know I keep mentioning this, but then again I've been telling everyone that'll listen (haven't seen her for 17 years, I just turned up at my mothers 1 year ago today out of the blue on Grans 99th birthday...coincidence huh ? I didn't even know it WAS her birthday).

Anyway

Here's the birthday girl

The card that I made for her turned out to be the 100th that she had recieved (spooky, but it gets better...just contain yourselves)

I put a picture inside of Quorn (not the meat substitute dumbass...the village in leicestershire. I would appear that my ancestors owned most of it and my Gran was born and lived there for most of her life) that I found on the internet

What I DIDN'T know was that the attic window second from the far end in the house on the left was the very room that my Gran was born in !!!!!!

So WIN! all round generally.

ps...the "telegram" from the Queen is now actually a signed birthday card with a piccy of Liz II on the front. She also got an actual telegram from the director of the pensions service or something.
