As Marjorie Dawes (Fat Fighters, Little Britain) once said: "CRAVINGS!!! Cravings cravings cravings! ...Not John Cravings, off of Newsround, not him. I mean food cravings."

We all get them and I thought I'd make a thread so you can post what you're hankering after every day so we can all go "Oooh yeah... That'd go down a treat... Nyum nyum nyum." Or ridicule you for it. Either way let the cravings thread begin.

Today I'm mostly hankering after custard creams.

Not had any for ages.

Im having a bad one for a Filet O' Fish! Also, you know the Egg and Bacon sandwiches you get from Tesco's and Petrol Stations... those, I want those. All of those.

You know what I mean though right? Not fried egg. Its hard boiled and mashed up with mayonaise. Used to work in a bakery (bit like Greggs, but in Yorkshire... called Thomas The Bakers, dont know if they had em in Bradford) and I made the best egg and bacon baguettes, but they dont hold a light to the Tesco's ones. Off McDonalds now though, always seem to do this

I actually can't eat mcdonalds food anymore, it makes me feel unbelievably sick. never used to do that, i'm guessing they've changed some ingredient or other.
However someone on the train opposite me last night had a whopper (from burger king, you perverts), and i'd kill for one of those right now.

Thanks for that round of patronisation Jim. Yes. I know what egg mayo is, ta. I make quite good egg mayo, if I do say so myself.

Indulged my Whopper craving the other day. Although I had to go through the same palava that I always get...

"A Whopper with bacon and cheese please."

She turns round and looks blankly at the pictures on the menu above the tills.

"An XL bacon double cheese yeah?"

"No. A whopper plus bacon and cheese"

She looks even more blank than before. I stare at her hat that says "YOU'RE THE BOSS" in big letters and mutter "FFS" to myself. She goes to the kitchen and comes back. Finally she keys in the order.

totally agree Jim - Tescos bacon and egg sarnies are teh win. Recently got addicted to Tescos southern fried chicken wraps (basically a cold KFC twister) mmm mmmm

I work right next to a Cosco so I'm currently chowing down on a slice of peperoni pizza and a rack of baby back ribs

I went to McDonalds, got to the Drive-thru window... and completely auto-pilotted my way into "Large BigMac meal with a coke please, oh and a Double cheeseburger" She started doing the put the straws in bag thing, and I was like "Ooo oo! And a Filet o' Fish please" she grumbled somehting about 3 minutes, and off I went to Grill Parking 1. Total Cost, £7.16. But Oh boy is it going down well, first in a month.

When I was in school I was given £1 pound a day so I used to buy single pack of custard creams for dinner costing between 20-25p so it the end of the week I have £4 to add to my £2 pocket money. Mind you that was some 16 years ago. But I always got fed a proper home cooked meal at home (shepards pie being my fav) for tea.

I usually have a hankering for slow pan fired Irish sausage sandwiches.

We get through alot of those vouchers where i work (it's near Miccy D's) we get free cans of coke , fanta etc. at work so I never want the drinks in the "buy one extra value meal and get one free" deal as they're a pain to cart back to the office (they don;t fit in my drink holder well and i don't want coke all over my cab).... they never fail to look really confused when I say I don't want the drinks, I've spent time there argueing with them over it

(can't blame them too much - it is minimum wage)

Had another classic the other day.... paid for a McFlurry, went to collect McFlurry and the girl at the windo says "We've run out of Icecream" and just stands there as if I'm supposed to go "ooh ok " and just drive off...... I wait for a bit to give her a chance... but she stands there looking blank. I had to point out to her that it'snormal to give me the money back if they can't give me what I paid for.... even then she was like "ooh i fort you wanted a apple pie or somfink !"....... priceless

****ing hell sir, i could never stomach that much food.

marks and spencers do these big buckets of hot & spicy chicken wings which you bung in the oven for 20 minutes. they're ****ing amazing. i've got one in the fridge downstairs, just waiting for the plumbers to finish fitting our new sink then i'm off to make that. not eaten yet today, ****ing starving!

I've used a few of the vouchers we've got at my house, the buy one get one free extra value meals and bogof on cheese burgers and 2 cheeseburgers for £1.

i used the buy oen get one free to have a big mac meal in my first venture to mcdonalds in almost 18 months. and i felt ****ing vile after it.

Maaaaann... After all that McDonalds I almost did my back in dropping Theo off. Rudy and Bill didnt put up much of a fight though, and in the end, I was victorious.
