With the festive season encroaching, the air has a crisp cold feel, the goose has almost gobbled its last gobbet of goose grub and I'm in the mood for a drink.... which made me think of the Victoria Drinking CLub in all it's seedy glory.

So any feller or lass fancy enjoining to the fabled tavern-come-home of the VDC (Wetherspoons in Victoria St. ) for a festive beverage and a raised glass to the ex-BY community?

Depending on the day in question I might be tempted by Liverpool Street...not the most exquisite of termini but if needs must...LSDC sounds more like a support group or a working men's trade club or something.
