Hmm, it seems I've ventured over to the dark side. Anyone here over 12 btw?

Well, at school people seem to play the game of the devil quite a bit, but luckily they realise normal CS is indeed the dullest game ever created. So we are in need of more maps on a Jeepathon2k theme, just crazy maps, loads of vehicals and gun turrets etc. If possible without using a round based spawning system (surely the work of satan himself, what are you supposed to do inbetween rounds fs?!?!?!) so its just mayhem. Even better would be without sniper rifles, or with a shotgun only weapon limit.

Your help is appreciated, hopefully I'll be able to decipher your l33t 5p34k ans0rZ and inject some fun into this mod

Hello

You should try Planetside - all sorts of vehicles and other stuff you've described, plus no round based system.

However there are CS servers which do limit the use of some weapons including the AWP etc, just keep trying the publics - usually they have titles like "NO AWP!!!"

Plus there are many "customs" servers where they have "fun" maps etc, like Jeepathon and all sorts of other stuff.

If you are stuck with round based spawning, you could always chat with other dead players, or indeed watch one of the better players through their eyes to maybe pick up a few tips on how to play...

Sorry for the lack of l33t speak, we're all mostly in our 20's and 30's so you'll not find a great deal of it around here.

We do tell each other to fuck off a lot though. Well, mainly I do.

I'm playing on a school network, so no external servers. Just want maps that are a laugh and don't take CS seriously, because, lets face it, its sooooooooooo boring when taken seriously

All a matter of oipinion I guess.

Now then, for maps, Jolt used to be great, they had hundreds of non-standard maps. Have a dig around at www.jolt.co.uk and I'm sure you'll find something you like.

rinseh you could try some of the rats maps, de_rats_2001 and de_rats3_v2 would be a good place to start, very small maps suited to deathmatching.

It also might be worth having a dig around the blueyonder ftp although I cant for the life of me remember the address

u can get a server plugin that lets u respawn immedietly when u die,don`t know what it is but i know it exists

This is getting funny now. I'm at school therefore am playing on LAN servers, NO EXTERNAL SERVERS

So far I've had a suggestion of Rats maps which are cool for a bit, but what I'm really after are loads of maps just full of drivable vehicals and gun turrets. Giving me servers that have these maps on are no use at all because I can't play on said servers!!! I have to host my own. I reckon that guy was lieing about you lot speaking english on here
