Let's have a big fight.
Plan
BF2 Match Tomorrow night (Thu20), 20:00, the Sloth. Clanmatch rules. i.e. few if any. Details I'll run one team, I'll elect a captain to run the other. Spl@t are you free for this? Whoever wants to play stick their names down. We'll play Wake seeing as it's shiny and new. Captains will review the thread tomorrow early evening and pick fair teams. I will retain final say if I think they're out of order. We'll be doing obvious stuff like splitting up the top pilots, making sure both sides have someone who can comm, ensuring Kahuna is giving nothing larger and more expensive to fly than a kite etc. Players will be expected to operate as a team, form squads as instructed, listen to their captain and follow their waypoints. We'll have no rambos. Keep that for publics. There must be enough copies of BF2 out there to get 10 a side? Perhaps more? If this goes well I'll make the effort to organise it weekly, the clanmatch scene is a little patchy still so it'd be nice to have some regular matches of some sort. Spread the word, clear a good hour, everyone welcome. Let's have some. By the painted slug of Olympus I should like to have a crack...one slight problem...<pause to chat with an asian student offering their services as...a volunteer tutor...doh!>...I haven't played BF2 more than twice online and despite being a sneaky devil with more cunning than a camouflaged fox covered in rabbit droppings I don't think I'd last more than 1.35 seconds. Also, have they patched BF2 recently? For "recently" read "since release".
