Happy Birthday Jon!! OOOooooo more new toys, wicked.

Was Playing with that Cannon 300d at the weekend again for another wedding and was using a flash in some portraits. Worked really nicely when bounched of the ceiling.

Bounced flash is just a whole new world of possibilities. Happy birthday Jon. Forget the flashgun's auto mode and go straight to mastering the manual flash (not manual exposure, manual flash) unless you plan to be taking photos of things that only happen briefly when you don't have time to play about (like celebs on a red carpet or something).
