My Wedding...

Well the big day is nearly here and on the 6th May I am flying back out to Jamaica for my marriage to Melanie.

We have been engaged for the last 9 years but have not had the time to do this. So last March I booked our wedding at the Sunset Jamaica Grande Hotel. We will be getting married on the 11th May with the wedding being held on the beach. I am taking family and friends out with us for the fortnight, but the second week myself and Mel will be by ourselves. The Hotel is big enough so that we wont be bumping into anyone else.

Having previously been to this 5 star Hotel before there was no way I was going to compromise on anything for this wedding. Being all inclusive means that for the first week all the lads will be most of the time completely and utterly smegged up on beer and rum. BRILLIANT!. Not sure what the girls will be doing, most likely the same. I have planned most of this wedding/honeymoon out. Driving down on the Sunday and staying at a hotel near Gatwick overnight (last time we drove down Sunday morning and we were both tired by the time we got to the hotel in Jamaica). The second week We are going to explore the island a lot more than last time, and I will be swimming with the dolphins

Going first class so champagne on the plane. The rest of the wedding party have to check in at 5:30 am which made us laugh, only because we don't have to check in until 7:45 am being as its part of the wedding package. Everyone one else is driving down on the Sunday.

The flight is around Ten and a half hours and the time difference is -5 hrs. So by time its 5:30 pm Jamaican time I will be sat on the beach enjoying the first of many rum's. I will post some wedding pics up when I get back. So married life here I come!
