I like the fact there is now a legal challenge via the UN that the great exit bill is illegal. Or incompatible with treaty environmental law!

I can't even think what the question(s) will be on the ballot:

Should we leave or remain a member of the European Union?

If the answer to question 1 is Leave, should we leave or remain a member of the single market (bearing in mind planes won't fly)?

If the answer to question 1 is Leave, should we leave or remain a member of the customs union?

If we leave the single market and the customs union, should we pursue the Norwegian model, the Canadian model, or one of those models plus plus plus?

Should we accept or refuse free movement? If the answer to this question is refuse, should we accept or refuse "easy movement (definition to be confirmed)"?

Is it Brexit or Breakfast?

Hard or soft?

I'd guess it would have to be post-final deal with the EU, and then leave or remain based on what that final deal contains.

But on what basis would we remain in those circumstances? On the current terms ignoring Cameron's concessions? Sounds simple but not so and a bit of a shit trade for Leavers.

I'd think any vote on the final deal by the public - which would be unnecessary - would result in the deal being accepted or not, in both circumstances Britain leaves.

Remain on the basis of what the status quo would have been if the first referendum had never happened.

This would be my question

Q Would you be happy to increase the UKs contributions into the EU from £8bn to £15bn a year, for ability to manage free movement, given that the total UK spending budget every year is £500bn, whilst remaining a full EU member

Or, seemingly he actually believes his own hype. Not that this is currently rare on the right.

Move over Tories, Labour has got this covered

https://twitter.com/PaulBrandITV/sta...00831867838464

There's intentionally ambiguous to serve a political purpose and then there's just stupid. This is quickly becoming the latter. Frustratingly it's still working.

Anyone looking at his (Paul Brand) twitter page, can I suggest you don't look up the subject of one of his tweets, the so-called "white pendragons".

That's one particular internet rabbit hole that leads the sort of rage best reserved for Freemen on the Land (don't get me fucking started!)
