VDI Issues/REmote Acess

As my work IT can't seem to solve it, and I'm pretty sure the issue must be my windows install can anyone trouble shoot this for me?

I'm trying to connect to my work VDI environment from home. We are usng Kemp Technologies Loadmaster as the log in screen. I get through all of that, but when I get to the final credentials log-in as if I'm at my work desktop I get an error.

'can't connect to Remote Desktop Gateway server'

Is it DirectAcces issue? My network troubleshooter says its no enabled, but then doesn't enable it.

Hokay go Event Viewer - > "Applications and Services Logs" -> Microsoft -> Windows -> "RemoteApp and Desktop Connections" -> Operational

Filter for errors/critical. Find detailed/unique codes/errors/etc. Really not enough to go on as it stands.

Also if it's a laptop maybe try hotspotting to your phone just to quickly eliminate LAN issues.

Your IT sound shit.

OK, it's not a laptop. I've sucessully logged on with my Kids PC, so it's not the router or network.

I've got this warning 20 times this morning! Must be all my failed attempts

'Remote application (LONRDSCB.WREN.CO.UK) is launched on RemoteApp and Desktop connection (LONRDSCB.WREN.CO.UK) but no stored credentials are used for single sign on. (Reason - RemoteApp and Desktop connection does not exist)'

Assuming you have the ability to specify credentials afresh and don't use any esoteric invoked 2fa thebopen up credential manager and trash all the current ones pertaining to work rdp and try again.
