I'm a fan of anything with Vampire's in, so hopefully will be good.

He's only producing (ala Grudge remake), David Slade is directing (who did Hard Candy). Which, makes this project look very interesting.

But...Josh Hartnett! Gah! Melissa George is some relief by comparison. She did fairly well in Alias (not so much in Home and Away though). Although perhaps her Neighbours-turned-Hollywood rival (Radha Mitchell http://imdb.com/name/nm0593664/ ) might have done better at a horror film after Silent Hill.

Either way I enjoyed the graphic novel so this should be worth watching.
