Studio lights

Looking for a set, with controller thingy etc, budget £600.

Also can any one recommend some stands for them too?!

This month's Photography Monthly has, I think, a whole series of articles, recommendations etc on lighting systems.

When it comes to lighting, £600 is a bit of a middle-of-the-road figure. I'd either spend £200 on a cheap, two-head system or blow a couple of grand on some decent Elinchrom packs and heads (well, let's be realistic, one pack and one head). Plus you'll need some PocketWizards since sync cords are shit.
