Been pretty good so far , nice to see Wiggins in the yellow. Lots of crashes, feels a little more than usual!

I think todays stage will be the first for it properly kicking off, looks good for lots of attacks. Of which there have been a few already!

Wiggins good. Cav not so good. I havent actually watched any of the stages yet, has Cav just been outpaced or just unfortunate with crashes etc?

Well the thing with Cav for this year is SKY isnt built around him , he doesnt have a "proper" lead out train compared to some of the other sprinters. A good few of his previous lead outs are now the chief sprinters in other teams.

He's been caught up in a few crashes so was unlucky with that and got genuinly outsprinted by GReipel in stage three i think it was, but he was trying to do it on his own. Will be very different in the olympics , where everyone MIllar, Wiggins etc will be Cav's train.

Was brilliant yesterday, what a team SKY appear to be.
Cav has been doing ok considering. Been unlucky and he is pretty much on his own now.
When he was at HTC, that team was built around getting Cav stage wins, SKY has a different priority at the moment and it's the yellow jersey. Stage wins are just a bonus for them. (Although I expect they'll go for it in Paris)

With regards to the olympics, is it a team or individual event? If Cav wins will it just be gold for him or will the whole team get gold?

Would love to see SKY up against the proper Schleck and that dirty Spaniard.
Maybe that would be too much artillery against them though?
Can't see Froome and Wiggins together next year unfortunately, Froome could step in and lead any team!

Depends how well he's getting paid I guess. Wiggins was immense in the TT but Froome certainly seems to have the legs on the mountains.

Can you imagine having Sean Yates screaming in your ear over a scratchy radio - I can barely understand him when he talks normally !

Yesterday was hell of a stage! Evans is starting to crack though...I wonder if BMC will look at the white jersey instead if Evans loses even more time.

I think we are going to see even more stages like yesterday, everyone has nothing to lose now.

Also, Richie Porte is putting in some serious work at the front at the moment. Hell of an engine!

Some great stuff from Sky the past few days. Controlling thing's nicely atm.

I had a good chuckle at Cav doing so well on the front today

Pretty shitty of whoever chucked tacks onto the road. Very nice of Wiggins to hold the race back for Evans to catch up.

No there was at least 30 punctures from what I've heard. I think it was just bad luck it was Evans and BMC who had a few between them.

Be interesting to see if they can find anything on camera or from the crowd in terms of getting someone for it. Worst part of the stage for it as well. They could have been lucky , but the breakaway guys had no issues. Possibly done after they passed.

Sky's actions were in keeping with the spirit of the race. You don't attack if someone has a mechanical.

It doesn't exactly cover Europcar in the same glory though does it.

Looking dangerous atm with Nibali launching an attack on the descent. I think they should get him back, but could be tasty today!

Whoop! Nearly there!

Froome and Wiggins in 2nd and 3rd. Time taken off Evans and Nibali who cracked. A little bit more composure at the end and they could have won the stage as well, but main job done.

Relatively flat stage tomorrow, TT on Saturday then the roll down the Champs-Elysees. I hope they get the train working for Sunday to lead Cav out for the stage win. Great team performance so far from Sky, Froome is a future tour winner as well.
