His a footballer/Superstar, which normally means he will get away with most things and the fine I believe is a maximum of £2,500 which again is fuck all to him. I very much doubt Chelsea will do much even if he is found guilty. Would be nice if the FA stepped in and banned the cunt if he is found guilty with a fine worth a few Ferraris.

On the other hand I very much doubt he is the first or last famous person to use a racial slur. I would however be very surprised if something was done about it. If he is guilty string him up, give him a punishment that would make others think twice. If he is innocent let him go back to being the cunt you can't trust ya mrs or dog around

I was told by someone (who a couple of you may know) that he went to the BBC centre, to some dinner party and got speaking to someone who told him that there's a mobile phone, in a safe in the BBC centre somewhere with indecent pictures of John Terry on it.

The phone belonged to one of the (then) 14 yr old twin daughters of one of the senior staff who John Terry had sent these pictures to.

So, I'm not at all surprised that he should be accused of racism, he also slept with his teammate's wife so his morals are questionable from the beginning.

He just seems like a bad character.

Also don't forget that the FA has just gone under another bribes investigation. It seems that the president before Blatter was taking bribes, almost a million quids worth and that there is a strong chance Blatter knew of this while it was happening. If Terry is found guilty and we are really lucky then the FA might just go to town on him hoping to cover up some of the bad press about the bribes. If we are double lucky Blatter will also go to jail, maybe he could share a cell with Terry?

If true, then that would be withholding evidence of a serious arrestable offence - that could get you a jail term.

As I understand it, and forgive ignorance of names here, the other guy allegedly misheard something he said and accused Terry of calling him a "fucking black cunt" and Terry's reply was: "Fuck off! Fucking black cunt. Fucking knobhead!" Or words to that effect, he was allegedly restating what the other guy accused him of saying while not actually directing it at him. Apparently.

Ferdinand testified that he didn't hear Terry say anything racist. If your alleged victim isn't backing up your own evidence, then you've not really got any evidence.
