Gaming laptop

Who builds the best these days? Next gaming PC has to be a laptop as it has to be a PC that can move multiple times a week.

I did hear tell shuttle PCs were popular round these parts, what about one of them?

Alienware are still marketing themselves as the best. A mate bought one, seems pretty damn powerful.

Nah, it needs to be a laptop due to being between my home and my Mum's when the wife is on a late shift as my Mum babysits my daughter. It needs to be something that can be slung in a bag, ready to go in the car so the wife will drop it off and she'd not be happy humping the monitor and that around.

I'll check out Alienware although I've always thought they were expensive for what you got.

Got a M17x r4 a month ago and have to say its impressive.

Yes it's probably more expensive than a Clevo based system, but the build quality and materials are really good, I suppose it depends on how long you want it for. If only a short term solution would go to PC Specialist as they have a pretty good reputation and would be cheaper.

Depends on what you want I guess - mine was a treat to myself for the graft I'd done to make a success in Civvy Street
