Transferring Windows 7 drive to new PC

I know quite a few people have done it recently without problems, just wanted to cover all the bases.

Other than uninstalling any unwanted drivers, and the likelihood of reactivating Windows, what else can I expect?

SSD with OS is OCZ Vertex 120GB

Old system;
ASUS P5KC - Intel P35 + ICH9 / Realtek ALC883 / JMicron® JMB363
Intel Q6600 - 2.4GHz
DDR2 800MHz - 4GB

New(er) system;
Foxconn Blackops - Intel® X48 + ICH9R / No onboard sound
Intel Q9650 - 3.0GHz
DDR3 1600MHz - 4GB
ASUS Xonar DG - C-Media CMI8786

TIA

The longest part was swapping the hardware over, cleaning and reseating heatsinks etc... booted into Windows and uninstalled the old sound drivers, reinstalled new sound drivers and job done.
