Roller Coaster Tycoon 4 ish......
Not really what I'd hoped it would be from Frontier. For a start it only mentions iOS devices (*spit) although they have said it will be out for PC too at some point. Apparently they plan to build on this into some sort of Ultimate Theme Park game eventually. A little more info dotted about here http://forums.frontier.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=27
